Today I received a speeding ticket in the post. It has an FAQ sheet attatched which suggests three consequences, 1) Court Summons, 2) Fixed Penalty or 3) Speed Awareness Course. But do I choose which option or do the police and how do I go about making the decision when there is no box to tick on the form?
